Being on the road to full time, my time is very limited. I have to be effective and efficient in my business to ensure I don’t burn myself out before truly getting started (this is easier said then done!). Although, I don’t currently have a team, I consider these tools my team. They help me get the work done, automate processes, and keep me on top of the business so I can focus on providing valuable information for my clients. Square is what I use to collect payments and send invoices. It’s also great for point of sale transactions, allowing you to accept credit card on the spot or allows your customers to pay online. It is a great tool that I can’t do business without!

This is another personal favorite! I use this every. single. day. Keeping all of my documents universally accessible, I use Dropbox to help organize ALL of my files for Simply Sianne. All blog content, images, client work, and random files can be found in my Dropbox account. Synced to multiple computers and my phone, I am never without access.

DUBSADO

I love Dubsado! This is an amazing program that allows you to do soooo much. This CRM allows me to keep track of all my clients: past, present, and future. All of my contracts go through Dubsado, allowing my clients the ease and ability to send it back electronically. ย I’m able to look at my forecasted invoices, giving me a clear look into my chart of accounts (where my money goes!). Before signing up for Dubsado, I did A LOT of research. I checked out 17Hats, HoneyBook, and a few others, but Dubsado was the clear winner, especially for a non-event based company.

With a husband in IT, and being so accustomed to utilizing Microsoft Office products, this was a no brainer, especially with their cloud-based month-to-month services. I use Office 365 for my email portal, giving me access to Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and all of their functionality on the go.

Planoly allowed me to stop panic posting on Instagram. I am now able to visually see my grid in advance, which forces me to really be strategic with my social media content. Each week I sit down, plan out my Instagram content and arrange and rearrange it in Planoly. Aside from being able to be strategic with your Instagram posts, it pushes notifications to your phone for the scheduled time. #yaass
