Saturday night, Michael and I went out for a date night on the water. As per our tradition, anytime one of us gets a new job, promotion, accomplished a big project or makes it through the week 😉 we go out to a nice dinner to celebrate. And with Valentine’s Day around the corner, we decided to turn our celebratory dinner and drinks into an early v-day date! PS – I highly recommend celebrating Valentine’s Day a little early, this helped us avoid the crowds and get the perfect spot at Hudson to watch the sunset on the intracoastal.
Feeling a little playful, I wanted to keep my look for date night inline with Valentine’s Day: blushing pinks and soft ivory. The ivory cami paired with the casual but yet sophisticated look of the blush blazer provided a casual yet refined look for dinner. This is probably one of my most favorite looks – easy and comfortable, but totally put together! Win-win in my eyes!!
